Our church welcomes worshipers from other Orthodox Christian communities (Greek and non-Greek) and is especially popular with the younger generation who select it for their weddings and baptisms. We are the only Greek Orthodox church in the United Kingdom that broadcasts live video (see links above) and caters for online bookings (see link above) for weddings and baptisms. In addition, for weddings, we have authority to perform the civil ceremony at the same time as the religious one. Who were the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ? Click here to find out.

OUR DREAM
Help Us To Build Our Dream Together
Thanks to God, we will be starting the building work for our church extension soon and there are different ways we can all help in building this dream which for years we couldn’t do due to planning permission. Finally, we have received this planning permission after so many years.
We thank you in advance for your generosity and may God bless you and your families a hundred-fold for your love and support towards our church.

FOOD BANK DONATIONS AT OUR CHURCH
The Twelve Apostles Church Food Bank will soon be back in full operation, after the unavoidable but temporary interruption due to construction works at the Church.
The Food Bank, which is run by a dedicated team of volunteers led by Stella Spyrou, has been working hard behind the scenes to maintain a skeletal service in support of local families.
The aim of the team is to resume as soon as possible in the new year with the aim of helping hundreds of local people and families in this post-pandemic period with a soaring cost of living to cope with.
The Foodbank will soon be able to improve the lives of so many people in a real way each and every day.
In the meantime, if you know of a neighbour, loved one, or contact that is in need of urgent assistance kindly call our church office on 01707650147. The team will do everything in their power to help.
For the Food Bank to increase the size and scope of its ability to help it will need as much prayer and financial support from the wider community in the coming months. Details of the many ways you can help will be published and distributed very soon.
Christ's blessing to you all.
